NOTICE:TechForum events are exclusive, invitation-only private conferences for end-user IT managers at mid-to-large, non- IT vendor firms. Free passes are limited and admission is granted on a case-by case basis. You must have a confirmation from us in order to attend. Walk-ins are not acccepted.IT vendor companies and their employees are ineligible for consideration for complimentary seats, and must sponsor in order to attend.

Technology Managers Forum events are invitation-only events for end-user IT managers. ou must meet certain criteria to attend. We will confirm your attendance at an event once we review your application to attend. If you would rather skip the online registration process, please call us at 212-787-1122. We will gladly let you know if you qualify to attend.

Requirements for Consideration of Complimentary Attendance at Technology Managers Forum events include:

  • You're currently employed in an end-user, IT management position, with an IT job title, managing solutions internally.
  • Your company is not what we consider an IT vendor, and does not sell IT products or services, provide consulting or managed services, hosted services, or services or products that are competitive with our event sponsors.
  • Your company earns a minimum of $50 million or more in gross annual revenue.
  • You're responsible in some capacity for making decisions about IT purchasing.
  • Your company must employ a minimum of 200 active end users.
  • Consultants and IT vendors must be sponsoring the event in order to attend.Sponsorship opportunities are available for technology providers who wish to attend our events.
  • Communications Policy: In registering for TechForum events, you are agreeing to your data being held by the organizers in the and US, and to being contacted by TechForum and its sponsors. With regard to sponsors, you will be subject to their communications and privacy policy, and must opt-out with them directly. You must provide an email address with a company domain name in order to register, and a valid phone number. We require email and phone numbers that are associated with the company in order to register you. If you prefer to use your personal email and phone for further contact, please make a note of that in the notes field.

  • Walk-ins or ineligible applicants arriving at the conference facility will not be admitted on the day of the event. Please do not attend event unless you receive a confirmation. We will contact you with an emailed confirmation if you are eligible to attend. You are not eligible to attend unless you receive an emailed confirmation from us
